President
Mr. Warren has over 30 years of health care management experience. He started his career as an administrator of a small rural Kansas nursing home and advanced to operating facilities in metropolitan markets with a strong emphasis on Medicare sponsored geriatric rehabilitation.


Phil

Philip B. Brooks

Vice-President / Secretary
Mr. Brooks began his health-related career while developing a significant health care clientèle as a partner in a regional CPA firm in the mid 1970s. In 1978 he joined one of his clients, Life Care Centers of America, Inc., and served as Executive Vice President and Director of Operations for six years

Christopher A. Rea

Manager, Facility Operation
Mr. Rea, began his health care career in the field of emergency medicine as a Mobile Intensive Care Technician (Paramedic) for Sedgwick County EMS. In conjunction with his career in EMS, Rea was hired as a faculty member for Wichita State University’s Allied Health Program, in which he was involved in lecturing and coordinating field internships for both E.M.T. and the M.I.C.T. programs.

Tim Shandy

Manager, Financial Service
Mr. Shandy is entering his 19th year as an accountant and financial consultant in the health care industry. While attending college he began work with Financial Management, Inc. which specialized in long-term care accounting and consulting.
