Mr. Shandy is entering his 19th year as an accountant and financial consultant in the health care industry. While attending college he began work with Financial Management, Inc. which specialized in long-term care accounting and consulting. In the 15 years that followed, Shandy consulted with over 100 long-term care providers in Kansas and surrounding states and developed Medicaid reimbursement and financial analysis software for his clients.

In 2001, Shandy left FMI and became CFO of EDL Limited, Dealer Specialties, an internet and data collection company that serviced over 10,000 automobile dealerships in the US. As manager of the central U.S. office he was responsible for all facets of financial reporting, budgeting and planning.

In January of 2005 Shandy joined Foundation Properties Corporation and is responsible for all accounting and financial reporting functions.

Shandy graduated from Wichita State University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting with an emphasis in economics.
